1. THE SHORT VERSION
We agree scope, price and timeline in writing before any work starts. You own what you pay for. Either of us can end a retainer with 30 days’ notice.
2. Who these terms cover
These terms apply when you use rvysion.co and when you hire Rvysion (“we”, “us”) for design, growth or development work. Each project also has a written proposal or statement of work. Where the two differ, the proposal wins.
3. Scope and changes
The proposal sets out what we’ll deliver, by when and for how much. If you want something outside it, we’ll price the change and agree it with you in writing before we start on it. Nothing extra appears on an invoice without your OK.
4. Fees and payment
Fixed-price projects are paid in stages set out in the proposal, usually with a deposit before kick-off. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days, and we may pause work on invoices more than 14 days overdue.
Ad spend and third-party tools (hosting, software, stock assets) are paid by you, directly to the provider where possible.
5. Working together
We need timely feedback, content and access to do our best work. If those arrive late, the timeline moves by the same amount. We’ll always tell you early if something puts a date at risk.
6. Who owns the work
Once you’ve paid in full, you own the final deliverables we make for you: designs, copy, code and assets. We keep our own tools, templates and know-how, and you get a permanent licence to anything of ours built into your deliverables. Open-source parts stay under their own licences.
We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to, or an NDA says otherwise.
7. Confidentiality
We both keep the other’s non-public information confidential. Bench specialists working on your project sign an NDA before they see anything.
8. Results and liability
We do the work with care and skill, but we can’t guarantee specific results such as revenue, rankings or ad performance. Neither of us is liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for a project is capped at the fees you paid for it in the previous 12 months.
9. Ending the work
Either of us can end a retainer with 30 days’ written notice. If a fixed-price project stops early, you pay for the work done to date and we hand over everything produced so far once that’s settled.
