2. What we collect

When you fill in the roadmap survey, contact form, bench application or booking page, we collect your name, work email, company website and the answers you choose to share. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, and with Google Analytics only if you accept cookies.

3. How we use it

To reply to you, prepare your roadmap and quote, run the project if you hire us, and send the monthly note if you opt in.

4. Who we share it with

Only the tools we need to run the studio, such as our email, calendar and project management providers, and bench specialists working on your project under NDA.

5. How long we keep it

Messages from the contact form and bench applications are kept in our private, sign-in-only inbox for 12 months, then deleted automatically. We filter out spam and automated messages so we can read and reply to the real ones.

6. Our AI assistant

Ask Revee is our AI assistant, powered by Anthropic’s Claude. We keep each conversation for 30 days to improve answers and to follow up if you ask us to, then it’s deleted automatically. If you give Revee your name, email or project details to get a reply or book a call, we send them to Collins and Paul by email and use them only to respond. Don’t share anything sensitive in the chat.

7. Cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages load slowly. It sets no cookies and doesn’t track you across other sites.

With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and how people find us. It only runs after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. It then sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) that last up to two years, and records things like the pages you view, the buttons and links you click, the forms you send, your approximate location, your device and how you arrived. We don’t use it for advertising or share it for ad personalisation, and Google processes it on our behalf under its own privacy terms.

You can change your mind any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Choosing “No thanks” stops Google Analytics and removes its cookies.

The roadmap survey keeps your answers in your browser’s session storage, so a reload doesn’t wipe them. It never leaves your device unless you submit the form, and it clears when you close the tab. We remember your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete anything we hold about you. Email us and we’ll reply within 7 days.
