Why is Rvysion led by just two people? Because the people you meet on the first call should be the people doing the work. Collins leads design, product and engineering. Paul leads growth: paid ads, content and launches. Around us is a vetted bench of senior specialists who join when a project needs them.
What clients get from it
- 01No account managers. You talk to the people making decisions about your work.
- 02No junior handoff after the pitch. Senior people only, start to finish.
- 03One plan across brand, product and growth, because the two people leading them sit in the same room.
- 04Fast decisions. A question asked on Monday doesn’t wait for a Thursday status meeting.
How we take on big work anyway
Small at the core doesn’t mean small in output. For each project we bring in the specialists it needs, such as a motion designer, a back-end engineer or a copywriter, and they work inside our plan, our reviews and our standards. That’s how a two-person studio delivered a brand, a website and a full-stack web app for Idara, and a redesign of a $150M+-a-month payments platform for Honeycoin.
“We’d rather do fewer projects properly than more projects through layers of people.”
What we say no to
Staying small means choosing. We don’t take on more than we can lead ourselves, and we don’t add process for its own sake. If a project needs a 40-person team on site, we’re not the right fit, and we’ll tell you.
If you’d like to see how we’d run your project, book a call with Collins or Paul, or read more about why teams choose us.
